What the Listing Says You Actually Do

The store page describes a medical simulation where you examine and treat magical girls injured in kaiju disasters. It names specific tools: a thermometer and stethoscope. It also states that the correct diagnosis is not shown directly; you infer hidden conditions from examination results, dialogue, appearance, documents, and visual details. That implies the game asks you to read clues rather than follow prompts. The listing does not specify how many patients appear or how long a day cycle lasts.

Accept, Refuse, and the Bed Problem

The short description says hospital beds and stamina are limited, and you decide who to accept and who to refuse. The about section adds that refusing is allowed, but "only the unpopular ones, of course," and warns against sentimentality. For the player, this frames each admission as a triage trade-off rather than a moral freebie. The listing does not say whether refused patients return later or are permanently lost.

Horror and the 11 Endings

The listing calls the game a horror medical simulation and decision-making adventure, and mentions horror scenes alongside newspaper reports and visitor events. It states your choices determine the fate of the magical girls, the hospital's reputation, and which of 11 endings your story reaches. That implies replay value tied to decisions, though the page does not say how endings are tracked or whether a chapter-select exists.

Who This Is For

This listing points to players who like deduction under pressure and resource limits more than action. The premise assumes comfort with medical-themed tension and kaiju-adjacent disaster fiction. The page does not list voice acting, controller support, or a demo. It also does not state an estimated playtime, so length is unknown from the store data alone. Platform is listed as windows only.
